BUYERS
RECEIVE 1% (toward closing costs) when you use Derik Hughes (WebMLS) to purchase a property. Conditions: Sales price over $200,000.00, buyer has not seen the home with another agent, buyer does not have a current buyer agency contract with another agent, the co-op commission to WebMLS must be at least 3%, unused funds will be forefeited, 1 to 4 family properties only, must purchase and close by 6/30/2012 and the lender must allow the 1% to be applied to the HUD (settlement statement).
SELLERS
When listing with me you will receive a free pre-listing appraisal through Hughes Home Appraisals. Your home will be priced correctly for the market and ready to sell quickly. Combined with preparation for sale and a 30 point marketing system, I am confident you will be satisfied with the results. If you are not satisfied with my performance you can cancel your listing at any time with 30 days written notice.
